Free Trial
We offer a 30-day free trial to new users who register with the Site. If no subscription is purchased prior to the end of the 30-day free trial, your account will be automatically closed at the end of the free trial. Free trials are offered only once.
User Registration
You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Fees and Payments
We accept the following forms of payment:

- Paypal.
You may be required to purchase a subscription or pay a fee to access some of our services. For all purchases made through the Site, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date. This will enable us to complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We bill you through an online billing account for purchases made via the Site. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases for residents of the United Arab Emirates as deemed necessary by Law. We may change prices at any time.
All payments shall be in U.S. dollars (USD).
All charges will originate in the United Arab Emirates.
Be aware that your credit card company may charge a fee for international transactions. It is your responsibility to check with your credit card company since we have no control over those fees.
We do not add any fees to the subscription or any service price.
By purchasing any item from us, you agree to pay all charges or fees at the rates in effect at the time. Upon making your purchase, you authorize us to charge the amount to your chosen payment provider. The recurring charges may be charged to your payment method without your prior approval each time until you cancel your purchase.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site.
Payment Currency and Details for the UAE Residents
The standard or default transaction or payment currency on our website for UAE residents is USD. All transactions on charlesnenner.com for the UAE residents are subject to the UAE VAT rate of 5% according to the Law and the VAT will be charged together with any service fee you purchase.
If the Client is using an international credit card or bank outside UAE, the transaction amount on the credit card invoice (to the owner of the credit card), may differ due to the exchange rate, and any charges that the card issuer may have debited.
Subscription Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your personal account. Please note that when the subscription is canceled before expiration date, no refund is offered on unused days/months of subscription.
Payments made on our website are recurring, except for yearly plans that are purchased with exclusive discounts. If you wish to cancel your subscription due to technical difficulties, please contact us raising a ticket in Support section of your account dashboard and we will do our part to resolve the issue immediately. Upon resolving the technical issue, if you still wish to cancel your subscription, please email us at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle and we will cancel the subscription.
If you believe that Charles Nenner Research Center has charged you in error, you must contact Charles Nenner Research Center via a raising a ticket in Support section of your account dashboard within 5 days of such charge. No refunds will be given for any transaction which is more than 5 days old. The accounts department will deal with your query at the earliest possible opportunity and may ask for some additional details to process your refund.
Billing Disputes. Any billing disputes raised by you to Charles Nenner Research Center will be settled in accordance with the Charles Nenner Research Center Terms of Service. A pending billing dispute does not exempt you from timely paying any undisputed amounts that you owe. Before contacting the credit card company or PayPal, we kindly ask you to contact us. In most cases we can resolve the issue immediately and save your time.
Hyperlinking to our Content
The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:
