We have several types of clients, for example, institutional clients need advance notice to prepare for a trade. Therefore, we explain our strategy well in advance, it doesn't mean you have to act now, wait for the signals.
We are not a charting service. Investors should not trade based on their own interpretation of cycles published. The final cycles published are a superimposition of several indicators and cycle periods. Base your trading decisions on the recommendation written by Dr. Nenner.

Please note that we are not licensed brokers and cannot teach how to trade. The decision as to which vehicle to use and how much to invest must be done by the individual investor.
Please do not try to analyze the cycles yourself. The best is to follow Dr. Nenner's written recommendations. Please go by the buy and sell signals to base your choices of investments. Sometimes we show other types of charts, for example, point & figure or candlesticks with technical indicators. If you do not understand those charts, please research them on the internet. There is a wealth of step-by-step explanations of each chart.
A down move can be played by selling stocks, selling futures, buying puts, etc. We cannot go into all the specific possibilities in every update. The decision as to which vehicle to use and how much to invest must be done by the individual investor.
The most conservative way will be to purchase long term options.
When the signal is given we can then calculate the next cycle top. Once you have the next cycle top you can adjust your expiration date if you wish.
For example: UNG- the cycle is up and if it closes above 9 that is a buy signal."
How would I know what expiration date to select since there is no date yet given when the price target will be reached or for the cycle top?
Once the buy signal above 9 is given we can calculate when the cycle tops. Once that is published you can roll your options if you wish to adjust the expiration date.
A bounce is a move against the trend, usually very short-term. We can use the word bounce but if we do not specifically mention a change in signal the trend continues.

This means that the asset just closed above the level specified in the previous update. Trading should be done immediately as signals change.
This means the price trend is down until we see a close above the number mentioned. The sell signal has been given already and is not changing today. We do not recommend entering into a trade at this time anymore. Trading should be done immediately as signals change.
This means the price trend is up until we see a close below the number mentioned. The buy signal has been given already and is not changing today. We do not recommend entering into a trade at this time anymore. Trading should be done immediately as signals change.
Once we see a close above the level mentioned, the sell signal is cancelled and becomes a buy signal. The best time to take a position is when signals change.

Sometimes we give a buy or sell level and the asset closes a very small percentage above or below the level given. We need to see another close above or below that level to confirm the signal. In a situation where the investor is in doubt whether the close was convincing enough or not, the best option is to wait for the next update with Dr. Nenner’s recommendations.
Price targets come from a mathematical calculation based on several factors. We do not have a price target yet means that for some reason the price target may not be reliable yet. An example is when the price range is too small.
This means that “we do not have a confirmed price target yet” means that cycles indicate this price target but not all factors have aligned in a way that Dr. Nenner considers the price target fully reliable.
A close always means the end of the regular trading day for that specific market at the time zone the market is located. We understand that certain investors may have the ability to trade after hours but we give levels at closing time.
Sometimes you will see specifically hourly close. This means at each hour.
For assets that trade 24 hours such as cryptocurrencies we use hourly close. That means at the close of the hour. Hourly closes may also be used on intraday for assets that do not trade 24 hours. Any time it is an hourly close it is specifically written. If it is not written "hourly close" it means daily close.
